What is screen printing machine?

4. Ink System: The ink system consists of containers or reservoirs that hold the printing ink. In automated machines, the ink may be supplied through a system of pumps and hoses, ensuring consistent ink flow.
5. Registration System: This is a mechanism that ensures accurate alignment of the screen and substrate, allowing for precise printing of multi-color designs. Registration systems may use mechanical guides, optical sensors, or computerized controls.
6. Dryer: After printing, the substrate passes through a dryer or curing unit, which uses heat or UV light to dry and cure the ink, ensuring durability and color fastness.
7. Control Panel: Many modern screen printing machines feature a control panel or interface where operators can adjust settings such as print speed, squeegee pressure, and curing temperature.

Screen printing machines come in various sizes and configurations, ranging from small manual tabletop models suitable for hobbyists and small-scale production to large fully automated industrial machines capable of high-speed printing on large volumes of substrates. The choice of machine depends on factors such as production volume, printing complexity, and budget.
